Schedule a Notice email
Specify the time as well as the date of the email of 'Notice of termination' of an engagement. Previously Notice was sent on the morning of the Notice date or on the next hour (for past Notice dates).
Timecard view enhancements
Approver Crew view: Updated input fields. Updated to new style, improved use and layout.
Approver List view: made 1 column view on narrow screens.
Crew Timecard view: Only show 'Days already submitted' when necessary.
