Nobody can see into your account or startpack (not Projects, potential employers, other Crew members, Team Engine or anyone else).
You control when you share relevant information only.
Share it with your employer in order to create your Contract (& other documents) and be paid. The Team Engine system is intelligently populating the correct information on the correct documents, and giving your employer a copy of, for example, your proof of right to work in the UK (e.g. passport) for their files as part of their employer obligations.
