Create a project account

Set up an account in which to create your Film or TV project

Check with your Production Company / Studio / Streamer or Broadcaster, if they create the project

They might create their own Engine projects, using their own master account. If so, they'll send Admin rights invitations to the initial crew who will manage the project moving forwards (e.g. UPM/PM/LP, FC/Production Accountant, Production Coordinator/Supervisor etc).

If not, create your own Engine 'project' account:

Don't use your own email address (personal or work) to create the project account, you'll need that for your personal Engine account.​

  1. Go here: https://app.teamengine.co.uk/users/new/project
    ​

  2. Complete this form:

  3. Create your password:
    Minimum 8 characters
    Must include at least:
    1 capital letter,

    1 number,
    1 special character (e.g. !, &, $)
    ​

  4. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and tick that you accept them
    ​

  5. Tick the reCAPTCHA ('I am not a robot')
    ​

  6. Click 'Create account'

  7. Check your email inbox
    (some mail providers treat this as spam. Search for ‘[email protected]’ and mark as safe)
    ​

  8. In the email entitled 'Engine - verify your email', click the 'Verify email' button
