I can't see my Offer when I log in to my account?
You seem to have more than one Engine account. To see the offer, you need to log in to Engine using the email address to which the offer was sent.
If you'd like, we can merge your multiple Engine accounts, so all jobs live in the one place.
For security, to prove that you own the accounts you want to combine, please do the following:
Send us an email us from each account email address, saying 'Please merge'
Also tell us which email address and which account Startpack you'd like us to use for the merged account
Send the emails to us at: [email protected]
Why can't I change the email address on my Engine account?
You are able to change the email address on your Engine account, but only if the new email address isn't already in use for an Engine account.
If that is the case please follow these instructions to request that Team Engine merges your multiple accounts.

Who else can see the data in my Startpack?
Nobody else, not even Team Engine. Only you can access and see information in your account, but you can choose to share access with someone else, e.g. your Agent or partner to assist you (e.g. to handle Offers, Timecards, and completing your Startpack).
When you accept an Offer to work on a project, you are prompted that in doing so you thereby agree to share the relevant (and no more) information with that project, for their purposes of engaging and paying you, i.e. the contractual documents and any start-up forms are written using your applicable data. At the same time you also agree to share your supporting documentation (where relevant, e.g. passport, driving licence, box rental list etc).
New productions to which you are not engaged, or not yet engaged, cannot see any of your information (including any past rates).
