Set up a Film or TV project

Step-by-step guide to setting up your project

Once you've created or been given access to your project account

  1. Log in: app.teamengine.co.uk

  2. On the 'Projects' page, click '+ Add new project'

  3. Complete the 'Create a new project' form

    Click on the ? for more guidance

    Please note:

    1. All this information and settings can be changed at any time.
      Warning - any contractual settings should be correct before you start committing to raising Offers

    2. Shoot duration
      Enter # of whole weeks (if any) in the weeks box
      Enter any part-weeks (if any) as # of days in the days box
      Don't try to enter

    3. Payroll company
      This selection primarily governs the format of various CSV export files (if you subscribe to those features)

    4. Offer handling
      Please read the '?' guidance regarding these options, and contact us at Team Engine if you have any questions.

    5. Operating base email address

      The email entered here is shown to Crew in their Offer as a method of contact.
      This email address is also used as the default address to which notifications are sent. Edit those emails in Settings > Notifications (https://app.teamengine.co.uk/projects/YourProjectID/notifications)

  4. Go to Settings > Defaults tab

    Depending on your Project type and Union agreement (Details tab), please also check and amend where possible, the settings on the Defaults tab
