Whoever first creates the Team Engine project, can then invite the initial people (e.g. Production Manager and Production Accountant) to manage access thereafter.

(e.g. Production Manager. Can draft/approve Offers, approve Timecards, amend Overtime settings in Manage Crew, assign Admin roles, and amend other Project settings)
Project admin
(e.g. Studio or Production Company executive who owns the Team Engine project account)
When this role is assigned, nobody but the Project admin can amend certain settings or assign Production or Accounts admin rights.
Department Admins or Department Controllers don't have to be assigned if you don't want. e.g. they may not be needed for a small department like Sound or Script Supervisor.
When a Department Admin (or Department Controller who can also generate) is assigned, crew members are still able to write their own Timecards - it's on a first-come first-served basis; so if the Admin writes first, crew members cannot edit it (to avoid back & forth confusion) but they can click the link provided (at the bottom of each Timecard) to submit their comments to the generator.
When no Department Controller is assigned, Timecards move straight to the Production Controller.
Admin rights can be assigned to people without accepted offers, either because they won't be contracted via Engine or because you have yet to send their offer:
Enter the recipients email address. Ensure this is the recipient's preferred email address for use on their Team Engine account.
They may already have an existing Team Engine account and want this Admin invite to be sent there so they use ONE login to manage multiple projects within.
The recipient receives an email notification like this:
Once they accept, they can access the functionality they've been assigned in the project.
IF the Admin role is linked to the recipients Offer (i.e. NOT 'Without offer'), then the functionality will be assigned from their Offer start date (i.e. not before they start work on the project).
Admin rights linked to Offers are auto-removed 14 days after that person's end date (if not manually removed).
However - those which are assigned using the 'Without offer' method, must be manually removed.
