Agent contact & payment details

Within Crew member's account Startpack > Contacts tab > Agent subsection

Either Crew member or the Agent (once Crew member has shared access to their Engine account with their Agent) can edit the Agent details in the Startpack


REMINDER:

    1. When you click ACCEPT on an Offer, Engine uses the information in the Startpack at that time to write the documents

    2. Thereafter the documents are not editable or changeable

    3. Amending the Startpack after accepting an offer will not change the fixed documents already emailed to signers

  • Follow these steps to ensure that the Startpack is up-to-date BEFORE accepting an offer.

Before accepting an offer

If the offer is accepted before the Agent details are entered, or updated, or the 'I have an Agent' checkbox is unticked, the contract documents will not include the Agent at all.

Add/edit Agent details

Please do the following:

  • Log in: app.teamengine.co.uk (to your own Engine account (not the Crew member's))

    Start here if you're the Agent

  • Click the Profile icon

  • Click Account

  • Click Access

  • Alongside the crew member's name, click 'Access'


    Start here if you're the 'Crew member'

  • Click the Profile icon

  • Click Startpack

  • Click the Contacts tab


  • Scroll down to the 'Agency' subsection

  • Slide the 'I have an agent' switch
    (Agent details are retained if you turn this off for a job, and reactivate it for the next job)


  • Complete the Agency fields

    • Agency

      • Agency name

      • Agency address

    • Agent contact information

      • Agent telephone number

      • Agent correspondence name

      • Agent correspondence email ddress

        The name & email address of the Agent or Assistant who will deal with correspondence sent from Engine.

      • Send emails to crew member also?

        Enable this if you would like the crew member to also receive Engine email notifications.

      • Agent signatory name

      • Agent signatory email address

        The name & email address of the Agent who will sign contracts sent from Engine.

    • Agent bank account

      • Agent bank name

      • Agent bank branch

        If this bank account is online-only, enter 'Online' here.
        (Some payroll providers or productions who run their own payroll use the 'bank branch' as additional information to verify an account).

      • Agent bank account name

        Must match the account or payments may fail.

      • Agent bank sort code

      • Agent bank IBAN (Optional)

      • Agent bank SWIFT / BIC (Optional)

Save Agent details

Click UPDATE CONTACTS (at bottom of page)

  • Also click Update Contacts if you're called away, because Engine will auto-logout after 15 minutes of inactivity (for the security of the data within).
